Deleting a Shipping Method

A shipping method is removed from the Methods nested grid at the Manage Carrier and Shipping Method page.

Note: If a shipping methods is in use, it cannot be deleted.

1. Select Manage > Carriers/Methods to reach the Manage Carrier and Shipping Methods page.
2. Find the carrier.
3. Select the Expand icon. The Methods nested grid appears.
4. Select the Delete icon to the far right of the shipping method that you want to delete.
5. A prompt appears: “Delete Shipping Method?”
   1. Select OK to close the prompt, delete the shipping method and return to the Methods nested grid.
   2. Select Cancel to close the prompt, keep the shipping method and return to the Methods nested grid.
